Change Of Mind Returns
We want you to love the products you buy from us. If you change your mind, you may return the product to us within 30 days of the date you purchased it and we will issue you with a store credit.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.
You must lodge a return request via the 'Return Form' page. Alternatively, you can contact us with your name and order number and our Customer Care team will arrange the return for you.
Products returned for change of mind reasons must be in 'as-new' condition and packaged securely in the original packaging & miscellaneous items such as instruction sheets, etc.This means you have not used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the products.
Within 5 business days (in QLD) of receiving your return, and subject to confirming it is in 'as-new' condition, we will issue you with a store credit voucher via email in an amount equal to the price you paid for the product, minus the restocking fee.
The fee is set at around 20%-25% of the item's original price, helps offset the costs associated with processing returns, inspecting and reconditioning the product, and potential revenue loss due to depreciation or limited resale options.
Store credit voucher codes will be valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
Note: Please choose appropriate size and seater type of your sofa cover, we won't accept the return orders for choosing incorrect seater type and size.
Returns are not applicable if 30 days go by and:
- You have received your order and have changed your mind
- The order or specific products were placed by mistake and you let us know after the 14 days
- You found the product cheaper elsewhere
- Misused the product in any way that caused the damage or against our advice
- Decided you no longer had use for it
- Knew or were made aware of the faults before purchasing the product
Please use our products with care, as they are delicate. If any products come into contact with any substances or liquids that cause damage to the product, that is no fault of our own, and you will not be eligible for a return, if this is over the 30 day period.
Damaged or Faulty
All of our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for a major failure/ damage to a product delivered to your doorstep.
To begin this process you will need to submit a video clearly displaying the devices fault, this is so we can submit it to our manufacturer. This processing time can take longer due to the additional steps required and the third party involvement. Before we can offer replacements, we need to allow the appropriate third party to assess and advise on the item in question. Any warranty will be VOID if any damage to the item is caused by the buyer operating the product in a manner other than intended, or deliberate damage. we have the option to purchase a 12 month warranty with your purchase, if you do not purchase a 12 month warranty with your device we will replace your device if it is within 90 days of being purchased.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning goods.
NoMoreBark is not responsible for items that could not be posted to their destination because of an incorrect or an undeliverable address. Fees for a replacement will be applied.
It is the responsibility of the customer to review their postal address and information and ensure its accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address.
If a package is posted back to NoMoreBark due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, postage and handling charges will apply.
Your return will be processed as soon as your purchase has been received and inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our Return Policy. This quality check can take up to 3-5 business days. Once the return has been approved, it can take up to 3 business days for the return to be made by NoMoreBark to your account.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by our products. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We exclude, to the fullest extent possible under law, all implied terms, guarantees and warranties whether statutory or otherwise, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
You represent and warrant to us that we will not be liable for any expense or injury (including indirect loss such as loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, injury to your reputation or lost time) in contract, tort, under statute or otherwise, howsoever caused including arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with these Terms.
Our liability to you for loss or damage of any kind arising out of these Terms will be reduced or limited to the extent (if any) that you cause or contribute to the loss or damage.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that in no event shall our maximum aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you for the products in question.
