For Returns, Repairs, Replacements & Refunds.
At NoMoreBark Australia, Our #1 priority is your happiness our goal is to provide you with high quality products, solutions & outstanding customer service for your pet. We understand in some situations you may need to return or seek a refund for a product your purchased. This Return Policy outlines the guidelines & procedures for refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) administered by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC).
Our Return Process
1. Submit a Support Ticket with our Customer Experience Team (email@example.com).
Include the following in your return submission: your order number, a short video (or image) showing the fault, and a written description inclusive of all & any relevant details(please at the beginning of your comments write "RETURN REQUEST").
Please Note: Return requests are only applicable for orders that have not exceed 30 days since received.
2. Your submission is reviewed by an in-house Specialist.
They will provide you with the relevant troubleshooting & support as required, and/or confirm the potential fault you have experienced. When within warranty.
3. Return your product & await assessment confirmation by returns team.
After sending us back your product, provide the tracking number in your ongoing ticket. Once your return has been confirmed received, it will be processed by our team within 10-15 business days.
4. Get your resolution, and get back to what's important.
Once our Specialist has assessed your product & confirmed the manufacturer defect or fault you will receive your chosen resolution outcome if no fault is found or your return lacks the original components & packaging, the product will be returned to you at your cost & any relevant support instructions or documentation emailed to you.
1. Returning products missing original contents or packaging are ineligible for refund, and will be returned to the purchaser. Shipping & any additional fees for incorrectly returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.
2. When choosing Item(s) with sizing please select the appropriate size/type according to sizing chart otherwise you will be subject to a fee for exchanging the item.
Returns are not applicable if 30 days go by and:
- You have received your order and have changed your mind
- The order or specific products were placed by mistake and you let us know after the 14 days
- You found the product cheaper elsewhere
- Misused the product in any way that caused the damage or against our advice
- Decided you no longer had use for it
- Knew or were made aware of the faults before purchasing the product
Please use our products with care, as they are delicate. If any products come into contact with any substances or liquids that cause damage to the product, that is no fault of our own, and you will not be eligible for a return, if this is over the 30 day period.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by our products. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We exclude, to the fullest extent possible under law, all implied terms, guarantees and warranties whether statutory or otherwise, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
You represent and warrant to us that we will not be liable for any expense or injury (including indirect loss such as loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, injury to your reputation or lost time) in contract, tort, under statute or otherwise, howsoever caused including arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with these Terms.
Our liability to you for loss or damage of any kind arising out of these Terms will be reduced or limited to the extent (if any) that you cause or contribute to the loss or damage.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that in no event shall our maximum aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you for the products in question.
